1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Products with broken seals (earphones, AirPods after use)
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return:

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
