At Rovexa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Products with broken seals (earphones, AirPods after use)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return:

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
